Whenever you receive your order and you are not satisfied, you can change your purchase. This option will always be possible within 15 days after receipt of the purchase.

In no case will a refund of the purchase be issued, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or the order is incorrect due to preparation by Atelier232.

For exchange and / or returns you must follow the following steps:

Send an email to hola@atelier232.com with subject CHANGES AND RETURNS attaching an image of the piece. We will respond immediately with a form to fill out to process the change, Returns Form

The / Items must be returned in the same state in which it was received. Always using the original packaging and all the documentation that may accompany the item (s)

The shipping costs to Atelier232 will always be paid by the buyer.

* Only in cases of manufacturing defect or in which the order has been processed incorrectly, they will be paid, after receiving it, to the customer by transfer

Once the package arrives at our office and it is verified that everything is in perfect condition, an email will be sent to the client with a Voucher for the amount of the return.
